Recipe: Stuffing Meatloaf

I’m at it again with another recipe for you lovely readers!
I had frozen ground beef, so I thawed it and looked for a way to use it up along with a box of stuffing I had. Pinterest continues to be my best friend- I was able to find this stuffing meatloaf recipe on there.
As always, gotta give credit to the rightful owner. Thanks to Cooking Mamas for this recipe! I made minor edits and put my comments below in italics.

  • 2 lbs. lean ground beef (I only used 1 lb, and it made too little, make sure to use 2 lbs!)
  • 1 (6 oz.) box stuffing mix (I used Stove Top Chicken flavor)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • BBQ sauce or ketchup (I used Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Place the meat, stuffing mix, water, and eggs, into a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Mix the ingredients up and put it in the loaf pan.
  3. Spread BBQ sauce or ketchup on top of the loaf and cook for 1 hour. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Let me know what you think below in the comments? Are you going to try this recipe?
